One Young Lady on Her Way to Salvation

There was a young girl on the street in San Sebastian that walked by the team performing drama's. Most people walked by paying some attention to us. A good number stopped to watch for awhile before moving on. The team continued performing their drama's and handing out tracks. This young lady was from Argentina. She took the track that was handed her.

She sat down just right of the team and read the material that was given freely to her. A couple of ladies from the team noticed her reading the track and sat down next to her. They began to talk and explain that God loved her and that she was not alone. After a few minutes she began to cry as the Holy Spirit touched her heart. At that moment she changed eternity for herself by excepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savour.

The Ladies invited her to the evening service. She took them up on their invitation and showed up at church. She entered into the worship and the prayer groups. She was hungry for God and found His presence in the service. Afterwards a counselor from the church took this young lady upstairs to minister privately and pray with her.

We spent many hours preparing for this trip, raised a good amount of money to travel to Spain, left behind family, friends and the comforts of home. We handed out hundreds of tracks, believing we would make a difference. We believed for Holy Spirit appoints with indivduals looking for the answer to their problems. This young girl was an answer to our prayers and I believe we were the answer to hers. But if all we did was help this one person enter God's kingdom the trip was worth it. However, we know we did accomplish more for God but this one young lady sure made it all worth while.

Rom 10:14-15 NASB How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? (15) How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, "HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!"
